You can cancel or reschedule through the BookGentl app before your scheduled time slot, at no extra cost. Go to My Bookings → Select booking → Cancel or Reschedule.

Check your spam/junk folder first. If still not found, email Info@bookgentl.com with your name and booking details and we'll resend the confirmation immediately.

Payments are made directly to the service partner at the time of service. BookGentl handles the booking free of charge. Partner shops accept cash and card.
