We operate the BookGentl digital booking platform, which facilitates bookings for Haal Salon, Haal Car Wash, and Haal Car Rental services across branches in London, India, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and Qatar.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our website, app, or services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

3. Booking Services

BookGentl acts as an intermediary platform connecting users with third-party service providers. All bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or modify bookings in exceptional circumstances. Confirmation of a booking does not constitute a guarantee of service if the partner shop is unavailable.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information when booking
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Not misuse the platform or engage in any activity that may disrupt our services
• Arrive at your booked time slot; repeated no-shows may result in account suspension

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations and rescheduling must be made before the booked time slot through the app. Late cancellations may result in charges at the service provider's discretion. Please review individual service provider policies within the app.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the BookGentl website and app — including logos, text, graphics, design, and code — is the intellectual property of BookGentl Innovation Private Limited. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

BookGentl is not liable for the quality of services provided by third-party partner shops. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our platform. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the booking in question.

8. Privacy

Your use of BookGentl is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
